If your looking for a good delicious recipe that's easy on the stomach,Take a look at this Banana Bread Recipe..did I mention it's fat free?

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/2 cups white flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup bananas mashed
  • 1/4-3/4 cup applesauce
  • an appetite!
  1. Step 1

    First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease any size baking pan,sometimes I use cupcake molds,or bread loaf pans. In a large bowl stir together the dry ingredients: Flour,sugar,baking powder.Add bananas and applesauce and stir to combine.

  2. Step 2

    Pour batter into pan. Spread evenly in pan or evenly distribute to cupcake or muffin molds.

  3. Step 3

    Place and bake in oven for 50 to 55 minutes, checking frequently to get them brown enough on the outside but not hard as a rock.If your using muffin pans, check around 30 minutes as they can and usually do cook faster. Stick a toothpick or fork in and if it comes out clean, Chances are it's done. Pull out and set to cool down for 30minutes to 1 hour. Bread is good hot and sometimes tastier cold!
