How to Get Motivated for Morning Workouts
Morning workouts are an excellent way to start your day. They jump start your metabolism, regulate your hunger and make you more alert. Getting your workout out of the way early means you can use the rest of the day to accomplish other tasks and spend time with family and friends. Getting up early may be hard at first, but your body will adjust to the new schedule, and perhaps to its new, toned look.
Things You'll Need

1
Put your gym shoes and clothes next to your bed to make getting dressed easier.

2
Plan your workout the night before. If you are going to do cardio in the morning, commit to the type and length of time you will do. If you are going to strength train, write out what you will do. This way, you won't have to make a decision while you're still sleepy.
