The game of Texas Hold'em has become one of the most popular poker games all over the world. The game of poker is a great way to spend your extra free time. The game of Texas Hold'em Poker is something that can be picked up by anyone and learned in a short time. The game will only take a few minutes to learn but a lifetime to master.

  • Cards
  • Knowledge of the Game
  • Chips
  1. Step 1

    Texas Hold'em Poker is just another variation of the classic poker games. The main difference is the way the cards are passed out for this game.

  2. Step 2

    The game starts out with there being a dealer button and the next two seats to the left being the Small Blind and the Big Blind. This is so there is money in every pot of the game.

  3. Step 3

    Then the cards will be passed out to everyone with each player getting 2 cards in there hand. Then there will be a round of betting off of the two cards in your hand.

  4. Step 4

    After everyone has bet or checked there hand the dealer will throw the top card to the discard pile and flip the next 3 cards up in the middle of the table for all to see and use with the 2 cards in there hand. Then there will be another round of betting.

  5. Step 5

    Once everyone that is in the hand has checked,bet,raised or folded there will be another card that is burned to the discard pile and the next one is flipped up on the board and is called the turn.

  6. Step 6

    Then there is another round of betting. Then the dealer will burn the top card and place the final card down that is called the river.

  7. Step 7

    Then there will be one final round of betting and everyone will show there cards. The best 5 card poker hand will win the pot.
