Things You'll Need:
- 1 package of kool aid pink lemonade
- 2 quarts of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 fresh lemons
- juice extractor
-
Step 1
The first step is to mix up the Kool-Aid. This recipe uses pink lemonade Kool-aid, but regular Kool Aid Lemonade can be substituted. The only real difference is what color you prefer your drink to be. Mix in a 2 quart container, add the 1 cup sugar and powdered drink mix.
-
Step 2
Use fresh lemons. Add 3 lemons to 2 quarts. Squeeze out the lemon juice with a juice extractor, or just cut in half and hand squeeze into a bowl.
-
Step 3
To complete the kool aid lemonade, mix the fresh lemon juice into the 2 quart container. For an extra touch, add fresh lemon slices to the 2 quart container to float around.
-
Step 4
Cut up lemon slices, and place on each glass for a garnish. Add ice to the glasses just before serving, to prevent the lemonade from becoming watered down.
-
Step 5

on 1/10/2009 First, love the pics WHERE DID YOU GET THAT extractor one, I WANT IT!?!?! Also, great tips for making it more lemony-authentic tasting. I am all over it! I love lemonade. I hate kool-aid, but my kids make me make it for them all the time; now I can have the best of BOTH WORLDS ! !!! SCORE! 5*
