Instructions

    • 1

Begin taking fish oil capsules once a day. Fish oil is incredibly good for your health and is related to bringing levels of ear wax down to a normal level.

    • 2

Apply a few drops of tea tree oil into each ear. Let it stay there for a minute or so and it will start to break up the ear wax. It will also kill off any bacteria or fungus that may be present in your ear.

    • 3

Fill a rubber bulb syringe with water. Make sure the water is not too cold or it could be slightly painful.

    • 4

Squirt some water in your ear. This will wash out all that ear wax that the tea tree oil have loosened and broken apart for you.

    • 5

Use a cotton ball to dab your ears when you are done. Make sure your ears are dried out very well after getting rid of ear wax.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you don't have tea tree oil, you can replace it with hydrogen peroxide.

  • Never use cotton swabs to get rid of ear wax. It will only cause more damage.
