We've all had our fair share of time dealing with nausea. That icky feeling in your stomach can leave you stunned or even hugging your toilet for dear life. It all depends on how bad it gets. Usually, nausea is associated with other symptoms, but it's one that is pretty easy to lighten or even get rid of completely.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Drink some water when you first feel nauseous. It will help to slowly ease your stomach.

  2. Step 2

Switch to ginger ale not long after. Ginger has been used as a natural remedy for a number of different illnesses, including nausea. If you can't find ginger ale, any other form of ginger can be substituted.

  3. Step 3

Drinking herbal tea can also help ease your stomach. Choose something light, like peppermint, for the best effect.

  4. Step 4

Eat crackers while you are nauseous to settle your stomach and build up tolerance to other foods. Make sure they are stale crackers.

  5. Step 5

Vomit if your nausea will not go away. It may not be a pleasant experience, but it will get whatever is bothering your stomach out in the most extreme circumstances.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always rest while you are nauseous. Avoid physical activities.
