You can use psoriasis natural cures to get rid of dry flaky skin patches. Psoriasis typically occurs on the back, scalp, behind the ears and on the knees.   1. Step 1

    Put apple cider vinegar on the affected area. Apple cider vinegar is one of the most effective psoriasis natural cures because it helps properly balance PH levels. Soak a wet cloth in apple vinegar and put the cloth on the effected area. Keep it there for 30 minutes. If you are using it on your scalp, rinse it out using a shampoo that contains natural oils and is free of sodium laurel sulfate.

  2. Step 2

    Use Aloe vera to keep your skin lubricated. Before you go to bed, rub it onto the effected area. This will allow your skin to completely absorb it. You can also put aloe vera on your skin right after you get out of the shower to keep your skin hydrated.

  3. Step 3

    Take a bath in Epsom salt or oatmeal. These are both work very good as psoriasis natural cures. Cleanse your body with gentle, mild soaps that don't contain chemicals. This will help you avoid further irritation to your skin.

    Make a compress using cabbage leaves. Clean the cabbage in warm water and dry it with a towel. Use a rolling pin to flatten and soften the leaves. Remove the veins.
