Here is a great, quick and easy recipe to make a delicious rice pilaf. I recommend this recipe for anyone in to easy cooking that is tasty!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1.5 handfuls of thin, tiny egg noodles
  • 2 cups or more of water
  • salt
  • 1/2 stick of butter or more
  1. Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan and add the egg noodles. Brown the mix very, very lightly, monitoring it carefully to ensure that it doesn't burn, as it does extremely easily because of the butter. I would recommend keeping the temperature very low to prevent burning the mix.

  2. Step 2

Add the rice, water and salt to the mix after it is browned. Stir the ingredients well, to ensure they are uniformly mixed and well-heated.

  3. Step 3

Bring to a good, solid boil and then turn down the hear to let it simmer. Cover the rice pilaf for thirty to 45 minutes before serving. Serve with seasoned baked chicken and tossed green leafy salad for a healthy and delicious meal. Enjoy your tasty, scrumptious meal and share the recipe with others!
