Learn how to make a tasty and easy chicken parmesan dinner.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • stove and oven
  • chicken
  • spaghetti sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasonings
  • cooking pans
  • garlic powder (if desired)
  • two eggs
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  1. Step 1

Dip chicken into egg and then into bread crumbs. Heat oil and brown chicken on both sides on stove. More eggs/crumbs may be needed based on how much chicken is being made. Put them in bowls when dipping them to make less of a mess.

  2. Step 2

Spread small amount of sauce into bottom of casserole pan and put chicken in pan. Cover with sauce and sprinkle cheese on top of it. Sprinkle seasoning on top as desired. Garlic powder and/or Italian seasoning works best for me, but it's a personal preference. I recommend a pasta sauce with seasoning if you decide not to add additional spices. Perhaps a cheese-flavored pasta sauce. Use more sauce if you prepare pasta as side dish.

  3. Step 3

Cover with aluminum foil and bake chicken parmesan for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Uncover, sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake for 10 minutes more, uncovered.

  4. Step 4

    Enjoy the delicious meal.

Tips & Warnings
  • Boil spaghetti or pasta to put under chicken when served as a side dish. Serve with salad and garlic bread for an Italian treat.
  • Be careful when heating oil, it burns and spills easily.
