Step 1
Every morning when you eat your breakfast you should start your day off with a bowl of high fiber cereal. You should read the box and make sure that it has at least 13grams fiber.

When you eat lunch start that off with a glass of water with benifiber in it. The water will fill you up and that way you will not eat as much. Lunch should be high fiber as well.

Step 3
For dinner you should eat 80 percent greens and 20 percent meat. That could be the meat of your choice but make sure that you eat greens as your side dish. The more fiber you have the better it will be. Adding fiber to your diet will help you shed those unwanted pounds
