Being a parent can be a difficult task, but everyone is a beginner at some point in their life. It can be quite easy to be a good parent, you just have to show your children that you love them and care for them.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Love and patience
  1. Step 1

Play with your children. Even if you are stressed out or tired, you have to play with your children if you want to be a good parent. They will respect you a lot more.

  2. Step 2

Plan activity nights with the whole family to spend time together. Being a good parent means you can have a lot of fun just hanging out together.

  3. Step 3

Teach them responsibilities, respect, and manners. This is your main job as a parent. A good parent will teach their children how to respect others and show proper manners.

  4. Step 4

Show them love and respect. You want your child to know that you care about them. Showing them love and respect will show them you care and they will show you the same respect.

  5. Step 5

Have an open relationship with them, so they will be open with you. Talk to your children about things that may happen to them so you can have an open relationship. They will be more apt to talk to you about similar things when they arise.
