How to Sync Songs from iTunes into Your iPod

Not sure how to sync your music library to your iPod. Follow these five easy steps:

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Click on your iTunes icon to upload program to your computer.

    Connect your USB cord to your iPod and to the USB port of your computer

  3. Step 3

    Click Sync button located at the bottom right of the iTunes screen and all your songs will be linked (all that fit in your iPod).

  4. Step 4

    However, if you would like to pick your songs you can manually manage your music and select or deselect the songs you want on your iPod. If you would like to deselect songs go back to your music page that can be found on your library page and deselect the check mark.

  5. Step 5

    Once your songs are done syncing, your iPod will say it Ok to disconnect. Once you see that on the screen of your iPod press the eject button on your iTunes library.

Tips & Warnings
  • Prior to selecting sync make sure you have deselected the songs you don't wish to have transferred to your iPod.
