Cleaning a Cat Litter box is easy and disgusting at the same time. That is why it is important the litter does not touch your skin. I will tell you how to do just this.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cat Litter Box
  • Cat Litter
  • Cat Litter Scooper
  • Plastic Bag
  1. Step 1
    Litter Scooper
    Litter Scooper

Before the cat litter box is to be cleaned, a cat litter scooper needs to be purchased. A litter scooper can be found at any mass retailer or mass retail store for animals. Once litter scooper is purchased, take it home and begin cleaning the litter box.

  2. Step 2

As unhealthy as it is to clean a very dirty litter box, it has to be done by you or someone else. With the litter scooper, dip the scooper into the litter box and swish it around letting the litter fall into the holes on the scooper.

  3. Step 3

Once the litter box is cleaned, it is best to place all cat "mess" into a plastic bag and throw it into an outdoor trash can. It is not wise to allow the smell of a cat litter box stay in the house because it will make you sick.

Tips & Warnings
  • Throw dirty cat litter outside.
  • Do not keep cat "mess" indoors.
  • Use plastic bag to throw cat "mess" away.
  • See above "tips" and above all:
  • If you are preggers or know a preggers woman, DO NOT let the get near a litter box.
