Things You'll Need:
- Tom's toothpaste - fluoride-free
- Xylitol gum or candy
- electric toothbrush
- tea tree dental floss
- a whole chicken
-
Step 1
Start by taking a shopping trip to your local health food store or natural foods market. Pick up the following items:
1. Tom's toothpaste - make sure it is fluoride-free.
2. Tea tree oil dental floss
3. Xylitol gum or candy
4. 1 organic whole chicken
5. 1 electric toothbrush -
Step 2
Brush you teeth twice a day, morning and night, using your electric toothbrush and Tom's toothpaste. Make sure you buy the fluoride-free variety. Tom's fluoride-free toothpaste contains xylitol, which is a strong anti-cavity and anti-decay compound. It is totally natural and harmless. Make sure your brush in circular motions, focusing on the gum line. Feel your teeth with your tongue as you brush. If you feel any plaque or tarter on your teeth or around your gum-line...keep brushing!

Step 3
Next, floss your teeth with the tea tree oil dental floss. The teat tree oil really kills the nasty bacteria that attack the teeth, and promoted healthy gums. Make sure when you floss to ease he floss in between the teeth and to guide the floss around the teeth so that it is swiping off any stuff that the toothbrush left behind. Flossing is extremely important. It is widely known that people who floss have healthier hearts and healthier mouths. Plus, it promoted healthy gums and reduced the risk of gingivitis. Like my mom always said, "only floss the teeth you want to keep!"

Step 4
One of the best treats you can give yourself is a piece of xylitol gum or candy. Xylitol has been known to prevent cavities in a major way. It comes from the beech tree, and is a type of healthy sugar that wards of dental decay. Just check out this picture of a person that started using xylitol gum...

Step 5
Finally...the whole chicken. It is known that fat soluble vitamins are one of the biggest reducers of dental decay and ingesting fat soluble vitamins is one of the best ways to remineralize your teeth. Fat soluble vitamins are found a large quantities in animal meats, especially fish and bone marrow.
So, cook yourself a whole chicken and enjoy it with vegetables one night. Save the bones. The next day, put the bones into a heavy freezer bag and make sure that the bag is sealed tightly. Taking a hammer, smash the bones until you can see that the bone marrow is exposed. Next, fill a large pot with filtered water and put in the bones. Bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 hours, adding more water as needed. After three hours, strain out the bones using a colander, and again using a fine strainer. The broth is now ready to eat. Add vegetables, leftover chicken meat, and noodles and you have yourself a healthy, vitamin-rich, healthy tooth promoting meal!
