For most full time eBay sellers there is always something eBay related to do. Find products, take photos, list items, answer e-mails, pack & ship and so on. It is a cycle that will just repeat itself the very next day. All this work leaves little time to work out.
Here are some good ways to get some eBay exercise and even help your eBay business grow to big and strong like your muscles.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First, Get Organized. The biggest improvement to my eBay business was making an eBay work schedule and sticking to it. Most eBay sellers will just jump from one thing to the next and only take breaks to eat. Before you know it, it is 11 pm and you are wondering where the day went and how come you still have so much to do. If you have a set schedule you can add a time slot to work out for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Stick to the schedule and improve your eBay sales as well as your muscles.

  2. Step 2

Most serious eBay sellers print all there postage from home and usually will have the mailman come and pick up there packages. That is a great time saving technique. But every once in a while when you only have a few packages to mail why not get some light exercise by walking to the post office to drop them off.
While there talk to a few people. Let them know that you are a trading assistant. You never know what they might have to sell and don't have the time or expertise to list them on eBay.

  3. Step 3

If you are fortunate enough to have a big home office, surround yourself with some gym equipment. When you need a break from the computer hop on the treadmill or bike to stretch your legs and burn some calories. Clear your head so you can start rejuvenated when you get back to work.

  4. Step 4

Get one of those big exercise balls. Replace your desk chair with it for a few hours a day. It not only tones your muscles especially your abs, but it will help improve your posture.

  5. Step 5

Take a walk to the local thrift store or consignment shop to look for items to resell on eBay. You will get some exercise, make some money, and help out those in need as well. It's a win-win-win situation.
Head to the mall and shop for items at stores like Big Lots and DSW Shoe Warehouse. Don't get mad when the parking spot right next to the handicapped spot is taken. Park far away from the crowds and walk for some extra exercise. Every little bit helps.

  6. Step 6

Make it fun. Set Goals. Maybe for every item you sell in one day via Buy It Now add an extra minute to your next workout. Remember the hardest part of working out is getting started. Start small and once you see results you will be motivated to go on. Good Luck.
