Things You'll Need:
- patience
- good mood
- time
-
Step 1
Google for freelance copywriters (or if you're in a hurry, check out the resources at the bottom for my recommendation)
-
Step 2
Contact the freelancer you’ve found and ask him to furnish you a portfolio of his work. You do not want to deal with an amateur or someone with no previous experience. You want someone who is a copywriter by career
-
Step 3
Ask him for his/her rates. You want to make sure he is cost effective. Obviously you don’t want to over pay this person, especially not at the start of your venturing together. But you don’t want a cheap-rate amateur either.
-
Step 4
In the end, come back to your intuition and gut-feeling. How do you feel about working with this person? Do you FEEL it would make sense?
-
Step 5
Combine steps 2 through 4 and find the best option for your level. Obviously, if you had unlimited resources you’d just go for the most expensive one. But in the real world (in which I bet you live), you need to find the best combination or compromise between these factors.
