Instructions

    • 1
      Cointreau

In a large punch bowl combine two, 750 ml bottles of dry, sparkling, white wine and 1 1/2 Cups of Cointreau (orange liqueur).

    • 2
      strain your orange juice

Add to this mixture 1 Cup apple juice and 1/2 Cup strained orange juice. To strain the oranges, you will need either a juicer or tool that squeezes the juice into another container. The Pampered Chef has both tools available and they both work great! I prefer the one that has handles and you cut the fruit (either lemon, lime, small orange) in half, skin-side up, and you squeeze the handles together, and the juice comes out instantly--no muss, no fuss! It's awesome; if you have an opportunity to try this tool for yourself, I highly recommend it to everyone! It's like a garlic press for fruit!

      MMMM refreshing

Next, stir in your thin slices of orange, green, and red apples. Cover and chill for up to 4 hours. Add ice and fresh mint sprigs to your guests' glasses and serve!

This is great, tomorrow is Christmas in Russia and we have a celebration. I'm going to fix this for the celebration. (Russian Orthodox use the Gregorian Calendar not the Julian calendar, so Christmas is on January 7th and the New Year is on January 14th. Nevertheless, they also celebrate the Julian calendar New Year, but not the Christmas on December 25th.) Does all that make sense? Anyway, thanks for the beverage idea.
