How to Gain Extra Job Points in "Final Fantasy Tactics"
In the Playstation tactical combat game Final Fantasy Tactics, you control a squad of soldiers who battle against enemy units on a large grid. Each of your units can switch between different jobs and earn new skills and abilities by gaining job points. Job point accumulation is usually very slow, but with this method you can quickly gain large amounts of job points with minimal effort.

Load your saved game and then press the "Triangle" button on your controller to access the main menu. Choose the "Formation" option from the menu to pull up your list of available units.

Navigate to each of the units that you want to have earn extra job points and switch them to the job you want them to master. Keep at least one unit in a job with lots of good combat abilities such as Monk, Knight or Samurai.

Switch back to the overland map and move your main character to any of the areas that are designated with a green glowing dot. Keep moving over the green areas until you find a random battle sequence. Select the five characters that you want to use and place them anywhere on the tactical grid.

Proceed through the battle like you would normally, but do not kill all of the monsters. Leave at least one monster alive but reduce it to less than one-fourth of its total hit points so that it flees to the other corner of the area.

Have all of your units line up together in one area and have them use any of their abilities against each other that have a 100 percent chance of working, such as a normal physical attack or a Squire skill like "Accumulate." Every time that a unit uses an ability that works it will gain job points, even if it isn't used against an enemy. Continue to use your skills against each other until you have earned as many job points as you want and then kill the remaining monsters to end the battle.

Tips & Warnings
Have at least one of your units take a job such as Priest so that it can magically heal the other units or have a unit use the "Item" skill so that it can take advantage of healing potions.
Undead creatures such as ghouls, vampires and skeletons have a random chance to resurrect themselves three rounds after being killed, so make sure not to kill off your units as they attack each other in case you suddenly have a new enemy to deal with.
