Step 1
PLAN OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO - For example:Will everyone be seated around one TV or more than one? How much food and drink do you need? Will you decorate? And how many people will there be?
-
Step 2
GIVE YOURSELF TIME - Once you have decided all of the particulars, start buying what you can as early as possible and store things away-(example: decorations, chairs, paper goods, etc.)
-
Step 3
WHAT TIME DOES THE PARTY START? - Do you want the group there from the very first pre-game show or an hour or two before kickoff? Judge your food/drink needs accordingly with the time you pick.
-
Step 4
PLAN ACIVITIES - If you want, you can have a Super Bowl pool that everyone enters before the game!
-
Step 5
MAKE IT MEMORABLE - The best Super Bowl party I was ever at had a combination of great guests, terrific food and multiple TV's to watch the game on! Super Bowl decorations, though not necessary, can be purchased at party stores within weeks of the game
-
Step 6
PLAN "B" : If the game is an early blowout or is otherwise boring, you can still have your guests focus on those award-winning Super Bowl commercials! And if you have a lively crowd the game will be secondary to the atmosphere! And if it's a great game, your party is an automatic winner!
