That is why it is important to do a workout that burns fat and builds muscle at the same time. Yes, there is a workout plan that will let you burn fat and build muscle at the same time.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to your local gym and ask for a tour before you sign up. It is important to know if the gym that you are going to join has the option to do the workout that burns fat and builds muscle. If you only have a limited amount of time to workout, this is a very important thing to make sure your gym has. You are looking to make sure that your gym has a workout circuit. Ask the person that is giving you the tour if they have a workout circuit at the gym.

  2. Step 2

Start at the first station of the workout circuit to burn fat and build muscle. The workout circuit is a bunch of weight machines and step stations that are setup in a circle. They are designed to build muscle through resistance training of every body part. Between each weight machine is a station to do cardio. The workout circuit is designed to take only 30 minutes to complete.

  3. Step 3

Keep your eye on the timer that the gym has for the workout circuit. Most gyms use a red and green light. Change stations when the light indicates it is time. You must do all of the workout stations to burn fat while building muscles. The circuit is set up so that you can maximize your workout time to get as much in as possible.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have more time then 30 minutes, you can add some additional cardio to your workout routine.
