How to Use an I-tunes Gift Card

Not sure how to redeem your i-tunes gift cards. Read on and we'll try and help you out.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• internet connection
• i-tunes gift card
• i-tunes downloaded on your computer.

1. If your computer does not have i-tunes downloaded go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and click to download. Open i-tunes.

2. In the tool bar choose "Store" and then click "Create account".

3. Choose to continue and agree to "Terms and Conditions" This should bring you to a page to choose your apple id. Fill out the blanks and click "Continue".

4. Next you will be asked for the type of payment. Go to the second bold label entitled "Gift Cards and Certificates". Enter the code from the back of the card and fill in the billing information. Press continue.

5. This should take you directly to the i-tunes store. In the upper right hand corner (under "search") the total of the gift card should appear. This is how you know the process was successfully completed. Congratulations, go download music.

Tips & Warnings

• Unless one wishes to use a credit card at a later date bypass the "Payment Method" all together.
• Be careful what information you enter where.
• Be sure you are on a secure page.
