    Exercise - Regular exercise (aerobic and/or strength-training exercise) will increase your stamina, improve your body image, and improve your over-all mood.

    Eat right. Certain foods are known to enhance or reduce your sex drive. For instance, while high-carb meals like pasta will likely put you to sleep, the following foods may increase your libido: almonds, avocados, celery, chili peppers, chocolate, oysters, figs, nutmeg and asparagus. Make these foods a regular part of your diet.

    Use stress management tools & get plenty of sleep. In today's economy (massive lay-offs and inadequate salaries) it's hard not to be stressed out and get enough sleep. However, fatigue and depression are not good for the libido. Try finding ways to deal with stress in order to enhance your sex drive. Happier individuals have healthier sex lives.

    Set the right ambiance and light up some candles. The best libido boosting scents are cinnamon, vanilla black licorice, banana nut bread lavender, orange and jasmine. Clean up and de-clutter your home. A filthy and cluttered environment will not make you feel sexy.

    Get a book on erotic massage and take turns massaging each other. A great massage can alleviate stress and relax the muscles.
