A delicious Parmesan cream sauce that has a hint of garlic served over fettuccine pasta.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese-cut into bits
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese-grated
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces fettuccine;cook-drain
  1. Step 1

    In a large saucepan combine the cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring this mixture constantly until it reaches a smooth consistancy.

  2. Step 2

    Toss the fettuccine pasta lightly with the Alfredo sauce. make sure all of the pasta is very well coated.

  3. Step 3

    Leftovers freeze well.

  4. Step 4

    * if you like a little more spice to your Alfredo, you can put a dash of cousely chopped pepper and a dash of garlic salt.
    * i also like to use garlic garlic seasoning from tastefully simple.

  • Alfredo sauce is also good for dipping bread sticks
