Things You'll Need:
- 8 ounces cream cheese-cut into bits
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese-grated
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces fettuccine;cook-drain

Step 1
In a large saucepan combine the cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring this mixture constantly until it reaches a smooth consistancy.

Toss the fettuccine pasta lightly with the Alfredo sauce. make sure all of the pasta is very well coated.

Leftovers freeze well.

* if you like a little more spice to your Alfredo, you can put a dash of cousely chopped pepper and a dash of garlic salt.
* i also like to use garlic garlic seasoning from tastefully simple. -
