How to Use Rosemary Tea

Rosemary is an herb native to the Mediterranean. It prefers warm climates and is often used as a culinary spice in Italian and Greek dishes or as a seasoning for poultry. Rosemary leaves are coated with volatile antibiotic oils that help the plant retain moisture. The leaves also have antiseptic qualities and produce tonic and astringent effects when brewed into a tea. Make rosemary tea by filling a stainless steel tea ball with dried rosemary leaves and submerging the filled tea ball in a cup of hot water for five minutes. Rosemary tea can be used for many medicinal purposes. Does this Spark an idea?
