- White Wax Candle

Step 1
Sit quietly in a darken room lit only by the glow of a white candle. Close the drapes if the spell is being done during the day.

Step 2
Close your eyes and breath deeply. Feel yourself being surrounded by a protective light. The breathing should be done by inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. This breathing technique allows you to let the good energy in while expelling the negative energy.

Step 3
After breathing deeply for a few minutes say these words "With this light, I am blessed. Keep me from strife and stress." Repeat the chant four or five times. Continue the deep breathing and feeling the protective light for a few minutes.

Blow out the candle and enjoy your social outing!
