Organize Your Coupons
Organize Your Coupons

This article will help you organize your coupons.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Cut out the coupons from newspapers and magazines.

  2. Step 2

Print up coupons from the internet.

  3. Step 3

Sort and Organize your coupons in the same order as the aisles in your favorite store. I like meijer so I have mine organized the following way: Frozen Foods, Bread & Coffee, Other Foods, Breakfast Foods, Cleaning & Paper Supplies, Dairy, Dog Food, Medicine, Beauty Supplies

  4. Step 4

Use the pendaflex with the pockets to put your coupons in. Keep your coupons in the same order so they are easy to find. If you want to save money, you can create your own pockets. It helps when the pockets are clear, so you can see the coupons at a glance.

  5. Step 5

List a small table of contents on the inside cover so you can quickly flip through your book. Don't worry it will get easier the more you use your book.

  6. Step 6

Bring your coupon book to the grocery store with you. YOU WILL BE AMAZED BY HOW MUCH MONEY YOU CAN SAVE.

Tips & Warnings
  • When you first start using coupons it is a good idea to only clip and print products that you and your family currently use. You don't want to get bogged down with a bunch of useless coupons.
  • Organize your coupons in the same order as the aisles at your favorite store. You will be able to picture your store to find coupons when you need them, even if you are in a different store.
  • After you figure out the way you want to organize your coupon, always keep them the same way. This will keep you from stressing when you are at the cash register with a long line of people behind you.
