This Italian dish can be created in many ways. The colors of Italy; green, red, and white add an authentic touch to this light and hearty dish.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 box Farfalle
  • 1 whole tomato, sliced

    Farfalle

Boil water and cook pasta for about 9-11 minutes. Taste test your pasta to see if its done.

  2. Step 2

When the pasta is done, drain and cool. Pour pasta in large bowl and set aside. Cut tomatoes, artichokes, cheese, and olives in bite size pieces. Add all the vegetables and pepperoni and mix well. Add your favorite Italian Dressing and stir evenly coating the pasta and vegetables.

  3. Step 3

Refridgerate for one hour. Serve in bowls and top with parmesan cheese. This dish can be eaten as a meal by itself or served as a side dish.

  4. Step 4

Bow tie pasta gives the salad a nice, elegant look, however, you can use spirals, too. Use your imagination when making this dish. Keep it colorful and always think Italian!
