Things You'll Need:
- 1 box Farfalle
- 1 whole tomato, sliced
- 1 can calamata olives
- 1 small jar artichokes
- 1 block Polly-O Mozzarella Cheese
- Slices of pepperoni
- 1 bottle favorite Italian Dressing

Step 1
FarfalleBoil water and cook pasta for about 9-11 minutes. Taste test your pasta to see if its done.

When the pasta is done, drain and cool. Pour pasta in large bowl and set aside. Cut tomatoes, artichokes, cheese, and olives in bite size pieces. Add all the vegetables and pepperoni and mix well. Add your favorite Italian Dressing and stir evenly coating the pasta and vegetables.

Refridgerate for one hour. Serve in bowls and top with parmesan cheese. This dish can be eaten as a meal by itself or served as a side dish.

Bow tie pasta gives the salad a nice, elegant look, however, you can use spirals, too. Use your imagination when making this dish. Keep it colorful and always think Italian!
