Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • clothes
  1. Step 1

A picture is GOLD eBay, without a clear picture, your clothes are automatically worth less that you are asking for. If possible try to place your clothes on a mannequin or even model them yourself. Make sure that the pictures are perfect and clear.

  2. Step 2

When listing the item you must include the following: size, brand name, and any imperfections. Be sure to put the size and brand name in the heading of the item you are selling. Example: Abercrombie Jeans Size 2 Flare Leg. Many shoppers shop by size and brand only and if you do not have this in the listing it will not be seen.

  3. Step 3

Try to have the listing on for at least 7 days if you are not in a hurry for quick cash. There are all kinds of research that proves this is the most effective way of earning money. Try to have the ending date on Sunday night; it is the most popular night for eBay shopping.

  4. Step 4

Price your items low but not too low, you items will earn alot more money if it is low at first. Many people will do last minute bidding and it will raise the price fast. Don't worry if it is 5 days into the auction and the going price is low, it will eventually go up.
