Things You'll Need:
- Snow
- coal
- a carrot
-
Step 1
Make a snowball. This will be the base of your snowman. Pack the snow tight in this snowball for a secure base for your snowman.
-
Step 2
Roll the snowball in the snow. As you roll, the snow should stick to the snowball. If the snow is not clumping well, you can pack it with your hands. Roll this snowball to the size you desire for the base of your snowman. This will be the largest part of your snowman.
-
Step 3
Repeat step 1 and 2 for the middle portion of your snowman. However, this snowball that you roll should be smaller than the base of your snowman. Place it on top of the bottom part of your snowman.
-
Step 4
Repeat step 3 for the head of your snowman. This snowball should be the smallest yet. Put this on top of the middle part of the snowman.
-
Step 5
Add facial features to your snowman. Use coal for eyes and a dotted-line mouth and add a carrot nose for an authentic snowman. You can also use coal for buttons on the middle part of the snowman's body.
-
Step 6
Give your snowman a hat and scarf.
-
Step 7
Add sticks for arms if you desire.
-
Step 8
snowmanTake a picture of your snowman; it'll last longer! Have fun!
