Things You'll Need:
- Large marshmallows
- Cooking spray
- Aluminum foil
- Plate
- Toothpicks
-
Step 1
Start by getting a piece of aluminum foil that will fit the tray in your toaster oven. Now spray the foil with cooking spray. A light dusting will do fine. This will keep the marshmallows from sticking to the foil when done.
-
Step 2
Place large marshmallows about 1 inch apart on the foil. Putting them too close together will cause them to run into each other, as marshmallows expand while cooking.
-
Step 3
Place the toaster oven on the broil setting. Bake for approximately 5 minutes or until the marshmallows start to turn brown. Don't let leave them because you could come back to burnt ones.
-
Step 4
Pick the marshmallows off the foil with a toothpick, and place them on a plate. They will be very hot. They will taste exactly like roasted marshmallows over a fire.
