Make Crispy Rosemary Dijon Bread - Quick & Easy

Bread is a great thing, however sometimes it can be boring with the same old dinner rolls and loaves. Honey Dijon bread is a GREAT twist on the same old thing. This is a yummy side dish, or great by itself.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (or biscuits dough)
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1-1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
  1. Step 1

Ok, so this isn't really a full-on bread making recipe. This is a girl's easy guide to fake-baking bread :) This is a GREAT easy and tasty recipe using pizza crust. Great for moms-on-the-go, or anyone who is too busy to actually bake! Follow these steps:

  2. Step 2

First start by preheating your oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza crust on lightly greased baking sheet. PAM is the best cooking spray to use. Pat out dough with fingers to form 12x10-inch rectangle. Bake 5 minutes.

  3. Step 3

While your pizza crust is baking, mix the dijon mustard, garlic and oil. Get your pizza crust out and spread mix evenly over dough. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and rosemary.

  4. Step 4

Put it back in the oven to bake 8 to 9 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Viola! Easily done. :) A girl's easy guide to cooking a delicious bread - fast!

Tips & Warnings
  • Sprinkle extra cheese on the top while it's still fresh out of the oven. Makes it cheesier!
  • Great with grilled chicken, or even use as a bread for a chicken sandwich.
  • It's around 140 calories per serving!
