Step 1
Get a note book and write down your weight goals (this step here will show you your goals) Keep in mind ladies that it's not so much about the weight. If you are always focused on your weight it will seem like you'll never lose weight. So try writing down things like (I want to lose two inches of my stomach etc.) Those are more simplified goals.

Step 2
Write down what you eat a day!. (This step here will keep you focused
on what your eating and actually see how much your eating!) -
Step 3
Now it's time for the "splitting." When you eat take half of your food and save it for lunch for the next day. Doing this saves money and stops those unwanted fat cells.

Step 4
To Lose weight fast you have to get moving. It's a proven fact that when you sit after you eat you'll never lose anything. So get up and move. If you don't want to take a walk try putting on your favorite song (Sean Paul whatever) and just dance wild (it's all about moving and making you laugh) which is burning more calories. You can also try adding some Yoga or jogging in place.

Step 5
If you aren't a morning person getting up early in the morning will make you want to stop. So just do it when you get up at your regular time or anytime in the day as long as your doing it the same amount of minutes a day. You can break this time up 15 minutes in the afternoon and when you get home in the evening. Send yourself a reminder on your cell phone to say get up and move.

Step 6
The idea is to split the meals and have fun moving your body. You will began to feel better and see those pounds go out the window.
