Write down on a sheet of paper this goal, read it as many times as you can until you arrive at the point where you begin to take immediate action. True indeed it is what you say to yourself over and over again that moves you to action. Because what you repeat you start to believe, and this belief turns into faith. Again, write your goal down, read it, believe it, and take action.

The next step it to create a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for yourself that will help you shed the fat, and cause you to become extremely healthy at the same time. Deep down in our hearts we know that is good for us and the foods that are not, we just tend to overlook it. I highly suggest you write down your new weight lost menu and start on it ASAP.

Daily exercise is a prerequisite to losing weight. Don't just say well I'll start next week, or I'll start tomorrow, NO! Start today. After you read this article go out for a 15-20 minute walk. And while you are walking, relax your mind and think about the new body that you are about to have in a short period of time. Think about your improved health and life longevity.
