After the 26 weeks and if you still didn't find a job, you can contact EDD and show prove that you have enrolled in adult school. They will give you an additional 12 more weeks of unemployment insurance.

      1. your name, address, telephone number, SSN, and birthday
      2. the reason why you apply for unemployment insurance
      3. your last employer's information such as name, address, telephone number and the last day worked.
      4. You will also have to either provide your alien registration number or your citizen status to receive unemployment insurance.
