First you should actually give some thought to your resolution. Most people have been drinking, and will just slur some random thing they want to change about themselves minutes before the New Year, your more likely to never get started Let alone successfully continuing your resolution.

Decide on what it is exactly want to do. Weather its join a gym, read more books, win the lottery, whatever. By this time it should be close to the countdown, if your at a large party I recommend you stand back they should be a stamped of drunk individuals stumbling around trying to get in thier area 10 ...9...8..7..6..5..4......scream happy new year, kiss the person next to you, hopefully you know them!

Step 3
Make a commitment to yourself and carry it out what you will need is will power. You can build up your own, you can do it. Unless your resolution is to stop drinking Toast to the future.
