Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Remove the drain cover. Use the forward setting on the snake. Stepping on the pedal will start rotating the snake. While the snake is rotating start feeding the spring into the drain a little at a time until you get to whats cloging your drain.

  2. Step 2

Let it spin in place for a minute and then push the spring a little further. Stop the rotation by letting go of the pedal. Put the snake in the reverse setting. While the snake is rotating you want to start pulling the spring out of the drain while feeding it into the snake. When the spring is out of the drain, the tip will have hair, paper or whatever was cloging your drain.

  3. Step 3

Clean it up and then pour some water in the drain and check if it is still clogged. If it is repeat the above steps untill you get everything out of your drain pipe.
