Wash the chicken thighs so they are a little wet. Take off any extra fat.

Take each thigh and spread it out. It is usually folded when packaged. Put in the bowl of four mixture and coat each side of the thigh. When finished to your liking, but on the cookie sheet. When all of the thighs are on the cookie sheet, put in the oven for about 20 minutes. Turn over and cook about 10 more minutes. That is it! Nice crunchy "Fried chicken" without the oil, skin or major fat!

    Tips & Warnings

    • Each person likes THEIR chicken THEIR way. If you like it more crunchy, leave it in longer at a slightly less temperature as to not dry it out.

I'll have to try that! We love fried chicken but never make it because of the health factor. Plus I hate cooking in oil! So messy. Thanks for sharing!
