Ladies and Gentlemen do feel restless and tired every morning? Does your body ache and feel like it’s not up to par with society’s hectic lifestyle? Do you feel like a zombie sometimes? If so, you are probably not the only one feeling that way. Here is a remedy that I came across and it is one of the best teas so far. You’re body will feel so relaxed and light. The aroma is so divine. The taste of the tea is so sweet and delicate. In turn gives it a soft, smooth, and light consistency. You will try it once and fall in love with it. Follow my simple steps and let’s get started.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 teaspoon Ginseng Oolong Tea
  • 1 mug (microwaveable)
  • 1 small stirring spoon
  • 1 reusable tea seep bag
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 mini towel
  1. Step 1

In a microwave place one small cup of water in your mug and time it for 3 minutes. Once the 3 minutes has elapse go ahead and use your mini towel and wrap it around the mug handle to remove from microwave.

  2. Step 2

Now take the reusable tea seep bag and place the Ginseng Oolong Tea in it and place it in the mug.

  3. Step 3

Now let it seep for 5-7 minutes and stir with your small spoon. Remove the reusable tea seep bag. Take your time sit down and relax making sure to enjoy this nice cup of tea.
