Sometimes a boost of energy is just what you need to get you through the day. Hopefully, by following these simple steps you can boost your energy level.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Did you know if you use just a little bit of energy, you can give yourself even more energy? Take a quick 10 minutes walk to increase yourself for at least two hours.

  2. Step 2

Did you know that moving around and about all day uses up the water your body needs to function? Drink a full glass of water to replenish your body and give yourself that needed energy boost.

  3. Step 3

Did you know that sunlight turns into Vitamin D in your body? This vitamin is needed to produce the needed chemical serotonin. The more serotonin your body has, the higher your spirits. This means you should raise the shades in your room or switch the bulb in your lamp to one that gives natural light.

  4. Step 4

Try trading your coffee in the afternoon, to some nuts. Coffee will only give you a short boost of energy, while nuts take longer to absorb in your body. They will give you a longer lasting boost of energy.

  5. Step 5

Try listening to some music. A strong steady beat will produce beta waves in the brain. Those make you feel more alert.
