Who wants it and how can I get rid of it? I have some answers. Cellulite is fatty deposit causing a dimpled appearance particularly around the thighs and buttocks. The fight against cellulite can become a lifelong battle which is made worse by the foods we eat, exercise habits and of course, because our environment is saturated with toxins. There’s hope ladies, there is hope. :)

Treatment to eliminate these unsightly fat deposits is not easy and can return if you have a high susceptibility. Initially it begins with your diet.

Things You'll Need:

  • Change of Diet-Plenty of raw veggies
  • Water
  • Essential Oils
  • Power to exercise
  • A little R&R
  1. Step 1

    Change your diet: Many cases of cellulite can be reversed with a change of diet and an increased intake of vitamins and minerals. Eat plenty of raw vegetables including bean sprouts, cut out any fermented foods, drink quality water, fresh fruit juices or herbal teas such as rosemary.

    Increase blood circulation by brushing your skin: Use a brush of real bristles, brush in upward movements all up the body.

    Exercise: Add cellulite specific exercise to your exercise regime. These areas should be targeted because these are most likely not to get exercise. Meaning, that they will probably gather toxic waste like stagnant water. Leg curls and squats focus on these areas.

  • Eat more raw vegetables to help rid the body of toxins.
  • Buy free-range meats such as chicken, turkey and eggs
  • Cut out any fermented foods
  • Eat plenty of raw cabbage
  • Avoid Dairy products from cows
  • Warning: Please consult your physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.
  • If you have allergic reactions to any essential oils, please do not use.
