One way to perform a kettlebell workout is to buy a workout kit from Kettlenetics. Kettlenetics is targeted mainly at beginner women, as the kettlebell this set comes with is a mere 4 pounds.

Buy a kettlebell at Target or Target.com. The kettlebells available at Target range in weight from 5-45 pounds.

Purchase workout DVDs to use with your kettlebells. By using workout DVDs at home, you'll save money on gym memberships, but you'll get just as good of a workout. Buy at least two, at two different skill levels, so that when you're confident you've mastered one skill level, you can move on to the next one.

Step 4
Check youtube for mini-workouts. Make sure to choose w workout that is at your skill level. Watch the video all the way through at least once, to verify if you can perform the moves on the video.

Do your kettlebell workout every other day. Performing every day will not give your muscles sufficient time to rest and recover, and this could lead to adrenal fatigue.
