In a large cup, mix the cool water with the apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture onto your hair. The vinegar will easily remove all the buildup from your scalp. It will also ensure that all the shampoo has rinsed away. The vinegar smell should dissipate soon.

Now condition your hair. Repeat the vinegar rinse to ensure that the conditioner is also thoroughly removed. Applying the vinegar rinse before the conditioner helps the conditioner to adhere to the hair shaft better.

Apple cider vinegar is great for both the hair and the scalp. If you don't have a healthy scalp, you will not have healthy hair either. Great article! 5* -
