It is an inflammatory disease which affects the skin of the face, chest, shoulders, upper back and neck. It is most common during the adolescent stage. Do not let acne spoil your image and cause you to feel low self-esteem. Try my 'tried, tested & proven' tips to keep your acne at bay as soon as possible.

Instructions
  1. Step 1
     

    Increase the intake of essential fatty acids as they are highly beneficial to the skin. They are found in the oil of flaxseed, evening primrose oil, borage oil and linseed oil.

  2. Step 2
     

    Eat cooked kidney beans and fresh strawberry as much as you can regularly as it helps to prevent acne.

  3. Step 3
     

    Drink a glass of juice extracted from beet, celery and tomato mixed in equal quantities 2 times a day as it acts as blood purifiers .

  4. Step 4
     

    Apply a bit of plain yoghurt to the affected area, leave it for 20 minutes and wash off. Repeat twice a day to clear acne.
