Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 jar Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 large can Diced tomatoes
  1. Step 1

    Gather all ingredients in once place, this recipe cooks fast!

    Place the ground beef into a large skillet and cook on medium high until well browned.

  2. Step 2

    Boil water in a large pot and cook the elbow macaroni as directed on the package for your taste preference.

  3. Step 3

    Once the ground beef is browned, drain well and then pour back into the pan. Add diced tomatoes and stir well. Allow the tomatoes and beef to cook at a slow boil for 5 minutes (or until juices have thickened).

  4. Step 4

    Add the fully cooked elbow macaroni to the beef and tomato mixture. Stir until macaroni is well coated. Add vegetable spaghetti sauce and mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Serve warm with crusty bread and a salad.

Tips & Warnings
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top when serving.
  • Add extra vegetables for a healthier dish.
  • Use any flavor spaghetti sauce, such as meat, garlic and onion, tomato and basil.
