Loose Weight Fast with the Hollywood Cookie Diet

The cookie diet is again gaining popularity as a diet. While it won't work for long term weight loss, it can help you drop a couple of pounds before an event.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • cookies
  • milk
  • tea
  • pudding
  • muffins
  • scale
  • tape measure
  1. Step 1

First, this diet helps you lose weight by eating only around 800 calories a day. Its just that the limited calories are made up of delicious cookies that makes it a fun diet to try for quick weight loss. If you try this diet for too many days, you will quickly tire of cookies. You can buy cookies at your drugstore, or make them- use a calorie calculator to determine how many homemade cookies you should be eating.

  2. Step 2

You eat cookies as you get hungry for breakfast and lunch, with liquids, then a sensible dinner. This means a light and healthy dinner. Dinner calories count as well towards the 800 calorie goal.

  3. Step 3

Change your cookies, you can even use muffins, or puddings, anything to keep you on track. The important thing is to limit your calorie intake. Drink plenty of fluids during this time, but beware calorie laden drinks such as juice, soda, and energy drinks.

Tips & Warnings
  • Change your cookie flavor each day.
  • Keep track of your calories- 3,700 not eaten equals a pound lost!
  • You may be low energy but try to remain active- walks are a good suggestion.
  • This diet does not provide proper nutrition and should not be used for extended periods of time.
  • Always consult a health professional before undertaking a new health regime.
  • Use common sense.
