Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup confectioner sugar
- 2 cups flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- juice of 1 lemon
- 8x8-inch baking pan

Step 1
First, collect all your ingredients, and set them out to get ready for your preparing, mixing, and baking.

Second, cream 1 cup of butter, and 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar, then stir in 2 cups of flour plus a pinch of salt to make the crust.

Next, press the crust mixture into an 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure you don't overbake, and allow it to cool.

Finally, combine 2 eggs, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, and the juice of a lemon. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until set.

Allow your lemon bars to cool, and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares, and store in the refrigerator for your enjoyment.
