Things You'll Need:
- Houseplant
- Container
- Potting Soil
- Fertlizer(Osmocote)

Step 1
Is your plant looking under the weather ? It may need to have its soil changed or maybe It's out grown it's pot.

Step 2
Remove any old or dryed out leaves from the plant.

Step 3
Remove plant from the container.
looking at the roots; making sure they are not bunched up or wrapped around themselves to tight. -
Step 4
Loosen the roots up.

Step 5
Select a pot that is 1 or 2 inches larger in diameter than the current pot. Put potting soil in the container, about halfway.

Step 6
Place plant into container.
Spreading roots out. If the roots are too tight to loosen, score the rootball with a knife to loosen them. -
Step 7
Add more dirt; Do not cover up past where the original dirt line was.
Over covering can cause damage to plant. -
Step 8
Add fertilizer, Osmocote is a realy good slow release fertilizer.
It keeps feeding the plant for months. -
Step 9
Water thurly.
