1. Buy a wireless router. Linksys, Netgear, and D-link are good brands to go with. Some offer speed boost which is a nice feature to have.

2. Then you need to install the cd that comes with the router in your computer. During the installation process it should show you pictures on your computer about how to hook up the internet. Once you install it and hook up the internet from the wall to the router. Then go to the application on the computer and write down what the encryption key and pass phrase is.

3. Then whenever you want to connect another computer or gaming system, it will ask for the encryption key or the pass phrase. Just type either of them in and you should be connected.
