Learn to Juggle

Juggling. Something that most of us find amazing and most of us would love to do. it is something, however, quite. Here's a simple step by step guide on how to juggle.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • something to juggle with. balls are the most used although you could also use scarves which are acturally easier.
  1. Step 1

Instead of saying left and right as some people are left handed and some right in this article I will simply say hand 1 and hand 2.

  2. Step 2

Take one ball, sacrf or the object that you're using and put it in one of your hands. toss it from hand to hand until you are confident that you can catch it.

  3. Step 3

Now, add another ball. Put a ball in both hands. Gently throw the ball from hand 1 into hand 2. at the same time throw the ball in hand 2 over into hand 1. This will take some practise. don't worry if you drop a ball, pick it up and try again. Keep practising until you can do in over and over again in a flowing movement.

  4. Step 4

Now, when you feel confident add your third ball. hold two balls in hand 1. hold the third in hand 2. throw ball 1 in hand 1 into hand 2. As you catch ball 1 throw ball 2 over the top into hand 1.

  5. Step 5

The next step is the hardest of them all. release ball 3 as you catch ball 2 in hand 1 and as your gently tossing ball 3 back to hand 2

Tips & Warnings
  • Read the article slowly, step by step. If you read it too quickly you might get confused.
  • practise practise practise. Juggling is the sort of thing that you need to do over and over again to get it right.
  • DONT just read it through once and then try to do it. You HAVE to read it slowly.
