In a world of sickness and disease, heart healthy recipes are a plus. This recipe will give you great taste, low fat, and low carbohydrates.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ground white Turkey
  • Mrs. Dash Mesquite
  • Braggs-seasoning
  • Mozzarella-Part Skim
  • Fresh or Frozen squash
  • Fresh or Frozen spinach
  • Mission's Tortilla shell
  • 1/3 onion sliced
  • Pam-Spray
  1. Step 1
     

    1. Cook and drain fresh or frozen spinach and set aside.
    2. Spray a saucepan with pam and sauté your cooked and drained squash
    along with the onions and set aside.
    3. Next, spray a non-stick saucepan with pam and cook your seasoned
    white meat patty.
    4. Next, spray the saucepan with pam and place the tortilla shell in
    the pan on low to medium heat.

  2. Step 2
     

    5. Sprinkle mozzarella part skim cheese on top of the tortilla.
    6. Place the cooked and drained spinach on half of the tortilla shell.
    7. Place the cooked and drained sauté squash with onions on top of the
    spinach.
    8. Next, place the turkey patty on top of the squash.
    9. Fold the tortilla shell in half to brown the other side.

  3. Step 3

    Use the Braggs to marinate your cooked squash, spinach, and ground all white meat Turkey.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can substitute any all white meat to this recipe.
